Training Log Archive: slow-twitch

Thought I might be ready for some hills so did a run from Taitua arboretum (which was the busiest I've ever seen it) taking in a Tills Lookout/Bremworth Road loop. Would have been nice if I'd had a bit more in the tank - gotta get into some better sleep patterns! - and on a number of the uphills my calf was telling me I was wrong about being ready for this. Nothing too bad though. I think.

I had a nice description but it's disappeared and I can't be bothered rewriting it!
