Today's stage on the Tour d'Lounge was a criterion. 1 minute sprints (trying to keep the speed above 40km/h with mixed success) every 5 minutes. If the intent was to find new parts of my body to hurt, I think I succeeded.

Had got into a bit of a hole today so needed a bit of a blast but without the risk of pushing too far. Tried to stay above 30km/h for 30 minutes, with a bit of warm up and down time as well. Feeling better now.

Just a wee cruise nowhere. As much as I hate this, the irony is it fits in far better with my typical day this time of year than running does, so I may end up with higher training hours through this rehab period than before. May even end up fitter by the time I'm back running. Certainly it's going to do wonders to my weekly km total!
