Stationary Bike 33:00 [3] 15.2 km (2:10 / km)

Still a bit stormy on and off (mainly wind which was strong enough that it would have been an arse running in) and still a bit frustrated how stop and start yesterday had got so did this again. Mostly cruising at 27-28k but threw in a few sprints when I got bored enough to forget I was just after a gentle effort.

Will try to add at least one session this week (maybe one each foot and bike?)

or some of a run. All fell apart after about 35 minutes but plenty of promising moments along the way. Included a bit of an explore around Porritt Park which I've kind of offered to map for O Waikato. It is a bit on the small side, and at the moment a bit on the marshy side but throw in enough of the surrounding streets and there's potential there.

Note

Not as much walking as usual this week as needed the car during the day a couple of days. Also very little sleep, which might have made it hard to keep the pace up. On the other hand, much more heavy lifting than usual as we finally moved our work shed contents from outside the old office to next door to the new office (so popping out to grab something from the shed no longer requires the trip halfway across Hamilton that it has done for the last 2 months). I need to do some upper body work, so I'm contemplating devoting an afternoon every week to rearranging the shelving plan at random.
