Run hills 1:25:00 [3] 14.0 km (6:04 / km)
Stanley Road (out behind Ohope) with Chelle, Cass-the-dog (my original running coach when I first started this "let's see what happens if I actually make an effort to get fitter" kick) and Greg doing it the easy way (on a bike). Not exactly a group run as we all had our various speeds, but knowing I wasn't alone out there made it a lot easier to keep going ...and going. Should have turned about 5 minutes earlier though - the last few hundred metres got a little bit painful.
