Just giving it a go out of curiosity. Hard work and seemed to hit a slightly different set of leg muscles! Maybe not to be done straight after a run!
Recovery run. Out to the highway and back again, this time at a more intentionally sedate pace, and jumping off the road from time to time. Liked those bits, good balance and glide across the terrain but did have to avoid all the dried up hoof prints, especially as I had the idea that my ankles were a little bit 'soft'
