Training Log Archive: slow-twitch

Ugh x 2. First it is super wet. Second the incubation period of nasty nasty cold seems to be a week, and I have just had mere sniffles while Stella has been suffering and my turn started last night :-(. Oh well at least I have done something this week!

C • I would like some info on waitomo 1

Have been keeping my head down this week with a low grade cold (and nursemaiding someone who had it MUCH worse) but decided today that it (a) wasn't getting any worse, (b) what was there was staying in the head and out of the chest, and (c) that I would be cutting it fine to walk halfway across town to get my car from novus before closing time. So ran there instead. If I'd known that it would take less than 20 minutes to get there I might've taken the odd detour and tried to get away from the tarseal and exhaust fumes a bit more. Oh well, guess it means I should be thinking about doing some more tomorrow. Hopefully the last forecast I saw is wrong!
