Run 31:00 [3]
A bit like the other day only slightly longer. And this time after I'd warmed up it was at least 10 minutes before I had to stop the watch and walk for a bit. Unfortunately the remaining couple of bursts were shorter, but I'm sure that's because that was the point where I turned into the headwind (which seemed to be blowing in two directions so had it for two "sides" of a basically square run. Calf started to tighten just at the end. Perhaps I should specialise in middle distance. And find a grade that I can actually do 30 minute middle distances.
