Once again stayed the night at possibly the best place in Wellington to base an Ultimate Wellington Long Run from, and once again it didn't happen. Thankfully this time a victim of an impressively long sleep-in (morning after a fantastic concert) (and Stella getting hugged by Amanda Palmer) rather than painful calves. So instead ignored the imminent darkness by the time we got back to Palmy and went for a wee trot up the ?Sledge Track at Kahuterawa. Which would have been fun if not for all the nearly-runnable stairways. Did a bit of other running back and forth to try and make the hour plus but was getting bored and exhausted equally quickly... but at least I seem to be back to something resembling the program

Light run, moderate length... hmmm while also travelling to Wlgtn via Palmy in time for concert - this could be tricky!

Finally well enough again to find out if I'm still injured (feel the positivity!) Tempted fate by running on the riverbanks at Palmy again, but this time not as far as the private golf course, and without any agonising pain in either calf by the end.
