Note

Took my running shoes and best intentions to Palmy for the weekend. Unfortunately someone broke into my brain and stole the best intentions, and many many hours of sleep.

Nearly went for a pre-breakfast run instead but apparently didn't. Drive down to Palmy afterwork precluded anything else

4 x 4 reps, almost didn't happen after 3 long hot work days but things started to cool down nicely just in time. It hurts, but it's a good hurt.

Feeling every hour of sleep missed in the last week and every metre of the Okataina walkway. So not exactly the best effort ever, but hey I got out there. Just a bit of a random paddock to paddock effort.
