Training Log Archive: leepback

Great start to the year - done lower back in getting o-shelter out of back of car. I think this is the worst I've ever done it and not a good time. Can't believe the pain when I try to walk or move much.

Let this be a warning to all those people that utilise this and other heavy club gear.
