Orienteering race 23:36 [4] 3.4 km (6:56 / km)

Had a very good run. Just felt a bit tired towards the end. Only made one mistake at #12, I over shot, but not to far.

Orienteering 40:08 [3] 3.4 km (11:48 / km)

Took my friend for orienteering. So I ran the course again, but it was fun.

It was a nice slow run. Weren't really tired in the end. I should have run faster.

Long Slow Distance (LSD). Took it really easy. Nice run, except for running through Eldoraigne High.

It was difficult today, because the wind was blowing hard. And I played frisbee directly after my run.

Played frisbee with my brother. We tried running a bit more, but it didn't work that well. The graas was wet and we fell a few times.
