Gym 40:00 [3]
shoes: Ascis 2000 May 2018

Had a session with Adam the Physio working on my shoulder to try and get some decent movement and strength back in it.

Adam gave me some exercises so went to the gym to check them out:

20 minutes bike
20 minutes pulley weights & dumbbells

Note

Just didn't get around to exercise today.

Meeting with Dept of Water to discuss access issues for orienteering 2 hours, then tried to get a watch band sent off for a quote that is Casio another hour, lunch, sorting through emails for OWA and the Easter Carnival 1.5 hours, took my Colnago to the repair shop and they said get the frame scanned before they fix it up. More costs from the bike crash three months ago!

Cup of tea and a lie down now
