Bayswater via the city and back along the river. Sea breeze well and truly blowing by the time we got back to Matilda bay

Nice addition to Eliza this morning with a picture frame and Black Swan Portraits this way sign.

Nice and warm with enough breeze to keep the flies at tolerable levels

Waited for the drizzle to clear, then a lap of Kings Park and out to Swanbourne and back via the railway. Tried to race the train from Loch St to Shenton Park but only stayed in touch as far half way from Karrakatta to Shenton Park.

Ultra Sprint 3

Forgot to turn the Garmin on!

Started to feel it towards the end but made it around all three courses with no punch errors.

Could have recorded a faster time for all three courses by going straight from the start to the finish on each course total of 47 controls at a penalty of 30 sec per control = total time 23:30 plus three 50m runs from start to finish ~ 1 min for a total of 24:30. My total time was 42:19

Might try that next year if we do the ultra sprint again!

Ultra Sprint 1

Not too much sprinting post rogaine. Legs pretty sore and got caught in one trap and was informed by Kate Braid that i was "off the map"
