Road Cycling 1:34:00 [4] 50.0 km (31.9 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

Faster group than usual for the CRT ride, a few people dropped back from the next group but forgot that they were suposed to go slower - or was it three weeks off from group rides? Whichever I had enough by Mt Henry and cruised back with three other refuges

Road Cycling 10 [3] 4.0 km (1440.0 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

TO and from Brew-ha
2 PM

Orienteering race 22:56 [4] ** 3.45 km (6:39 / km) +15m 6:30 / km

Sprint Event at Hale School - good course by TOny but my legs were too weary to do justice. Hard to see the controls as they were "well" placed to make sure you had to find the feature in most cases.

No screw ups just slow and and bit confused on the first couple then settled into the area

Road Cycling (commute) 38:00 [3] 17.9 km (28.3 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

Out to Claremont then back along the river to the city, legs felt better than the last couple days

Road Cycling (Commute) 19:00 [3] 7.5 km (23.7 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

Ride home - went via the Railway path - not tRicky in sight but avoided the worst of the Westerly wind - had to put in an effort after the freeway to get a single speed off my wheel. He was gone by City West which was good as I was puffing!

Road Cycling (commute) 19:00 [3] 7.0 km (22.1 kph)

Cruised into work - legs still weary from the weekend but a nice morning with not much wind - still plenty of sticks and sand on the tracks from the storm two weeks ago

Road Cycling (Commute) 19:00 [3] 7.0 km (22.1 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

Hard work back into the SW wind home

Orienteering race 54:55 [5] 5.91 km (9:17 / km)

Day 3 of Easter - still gully spur with some rock, but much lower runnability than day 2 with rocky ground, many branches acoss the path and on the ground. made one mistake running down a wrong track and lost 2-3 minutes on the comparable times overall can 12th on the day

Happy again

Orienteering race 52:54 [5] 6.72 km (7:53 / km)

Day 2 of Easter - nice runnable Pine forrest - ran pretty much the whole course and was suprised that after Saturday's mega time I had the energy to run the hills. made one very small error and could not have been more different to the day 1 effort. Managed 8th on M55 which was pretty much what I had hoped for - happy at the end of this one
