Ballroom overhang and fox caves. A lot was walking as Laura's feet don't do rocks and the fox caves bit was horrendous then it was up a rocks riverbed to the overhang. Cool trip and saw my first non splatted possum.

We didn't start at the start kite and I thought we did. Combined with no compass I spent a while lost. Hit the road and jogged back to the start for take 2.

Hired a bike in Picton. Went out on some skinny techy trails to the snout first then out on the link pathway. Good fun.

Easy hour and strides to the snout and back. Felt good to do just a standard run for first time in ages.
Bed last night was good for the back I think. As a bonus it tipped it down this morning so felt justified.

Easy from whites bay campsite on black Jack loop with Laura. Then I did 10x~23s hill sprints.

Back has been pretty sore recently but not so much when running. I think the hiking with bags isn't great but mostly I think being in a tent isn't ideal. Got some beds coming up though.
