Fast flat with some fiddly bits. Fairly standard sprint performance with about 10-15s lost technically. Struggling on the running bits but fiddly enough for a respectable result.

Sprint Relay

Phi fest. Was leading the race through the first two phi loops then I tried going back through the phi again instead of heading to the next one and lost 20s and a load of places.

Laura had to do a whole phi twice though after a mistake so not our day.
