Grass session with Jack as roads/tarmac too risky with rain and ice about.

Found a route approximately right distances. Muddy and slippy on the bend of the 800s otherwise pretty firm. Felt aerobically as tough yet not quite as much lactate in the legs. Really concentrating on trying to hold form and happy with it.
