Orienteering race (Score-O) 1:00:00 [5] *** 2.0 mi (30:00 / mi)
spiked:10/10c shoes: Post-XC shoes

AWESOME score-o at priest point park. I ran along a river bank for almost a quarter/half a mile! Then I climbed <90 degree inclines, and slid down 90 degree ones.

In terms of points, I only got 550, which is too bad, but hey, it was a darn lot of fun.

Fencing (Saber) 50:00 [4]
shoes: Post-XC shoes

Awesome fencing!

We did saber and got Mr. G. to instruct us a bit. The sabre he taught us is so much more fun that the stuff we've been doing. The real difference is that you move much more, rather than parrying and attacking and parrying, all while staying relatively stationary.

It was great!

Walking 35:00 [3] 2.0 mi (17:30 / mi)

Note

Today I got a RFL website, Updated it, and sent 28 e-mails asking for donations. I vote all you other RFLers do that too.

And South Africa got 3rd place in the olympics!
