Been having some issues with my hip. Ran through it the first 2 weeks but was only getting worse even with a variety of measures to try and help it. Not sure how it came on but seems to deteriorate after running hard.

By accident tried the new 'open strider' cross trainer, basically a cross trainer but you can vary the 'stride' length as the pedals are attached by a rubber band to the main frame. Nice idea but back started hurting after 5 mins so reverted to the old type.
