Ahhhhhh
Got 30mins into my 4 hour ride via World's End when I got a puncture. Broke one of my two tyre levers, struggled to change the inner tube which must have been dodgy when I bought it as it went straight down when I pumped it up. Fortunately my sister rescued me!

Back in Chester for the weekend. Up the Wirral to Bebington, across to Heswall and back via Hawarden Bridge.

With Tom around Delamere. Up Old Pale (did have to tiny bit) then a loop of the forest. Last 15 mins were a struggle as I ran out of energy.
