Right achilles/lower calf started feeling a bit tight at the end of the first rep and did the second rep even though it was niggling away which might have been a mistake as it was hurting afterwards.
Probably not helped by cycling and walking round some grotty wood in Leeds for a few hours at work earlier in the day.
