Starting to get really frustrating not running, but the longer I rest the more less porblems I'll get. Was thinking of running on Tuesday, see how it goes.

Decided to go for a little run but could feel calf most of the way round. not painful but can tell its still not fully healed. Need a few more days of rest.

Also went out to do some mapping in Helsby. Spent 3-4 hours there. Was cold and had forgotten gloves and couldn't feel hands near end. Found a few interesting things, including a large grass area where there should have been a building. Will be a good sprint area and hopefully a good map.
