Decided to make the most of the quiet roads on bank holiday. Over to the east side of Leeds for an explore. Didn't go the way I intended but good to see some new places. Moortown, Roundhay, Wyke Beck way, Killingbeck back along the A64 into Leeds.

Beckett's Park. Little bit quicker tonight.
Falling off my bike a couple of weeks ago did more damage than I thought and probably set me back a bit (in terms of my original achilles problem) although now able to run almost pain free which is the best it has been in nearly 11 weeks...

Uncomfortable, bit demoralised after this. (took 48 hours to get over the aggrevation it caused. Probably caused by a lack of running in the previous week due to bike accident)
Saw another physio for yet another opinion on my achilles problem. Didn't hear much knew but at least learnt about some more options if it does stop its very slow improvement.
On my way back from the physio went over the handlebars on my bike (checking the time on my phone as I was rushing for a train) and somehow managed to hurt my other achilles. Skipped today's planned run as a precaution.
