Body felt fine even after hard week of training but my mind wasn't with it today. Lost at least 12mins which was probably more than at the 4 Lakes days added together. Didn't seem like an urgency today. Maybe I didn't approach it right. Lost 6 mins on one control, and lost some time on majority of controls.
