Feeling better today, not great but a lot better than yesterday so I'm optomistic for Keith being ok for Tio Mila!

Took it easy cylcling to uni and back still not feeling great, symptoms have developed into a mild cold which is good I suppose (I'd like to know where this virus everyone in our carvan has came from) hope to run tomorrow.

Had a bad stomach yesterday and this seems to have got worse. I also seem to have flu type symptoms, sitting at my pc is hard work at the moment...

Orienteering race (JK Relay) 28:17 [5] 4.3 km (6:35 / km) +95m 5:55 / km

Unfortunately Tim didn't have a great run on first leg, Tom then was pretty quick but we were out of contention, I did 3rd leg and had a pretty clean run. Ran the whole thing on my own apart from passing Jon Marsdon so was difficult to catch time on other guys running together, came 10th on my leg so pretty happy with that. Dr. Bone gained a few places for us. There's definitely potential in this team, we've got 5 decent M21s in BOK now just need to all be fit/not make errors.
