Later, cycling over to Kieran's BBQ and back. Delish.

Running warm up/down (Ticknock carpark) 10:00 [2]
shoes: Inov8 RocLite315

Sooo hot.

Hill-running race (Fairy Chase) 37:51 [3] 6.3 km (6:00 / km) +280m 4:55 / km
shoes: Inov8 RocLite315

Took it pretty easy today. Had no competitive drive, worried about ankle, didn't feel well AND the heat was torturous. Questionable route-marking as most (?) of the field went wrong en-route. Apart from the winner and later runners I believe.

Party after was great fun though. Had taped my ankle way too tight, but at least that meant I couldn't go over on it :)

Cycling (Trek 1.2) 1:03:00 [2] 19.4 km (3:15 / km)

Took the borrowed bike for a spin out to UCD today. Watched my tag team lose miserably and then did a few laps of the campus before heading to my newest home. The bike's lovely. Started off pretty cautious as it was my first go on a road bike, but felt comfortable after no time at all. Might invest in one...

Cycling (Commute) 45:00 [1]

Several interesting things happened today:
- moved flat,
- finished the day feeling really under-the-weather,
- picked up a nice, shiny bike to help me recouperate.

Cycling (Commute) 50:00 [1]

My flight went this morning, aww, so I cycled from Lower Dorset to Uni.
Then to-ing and fro-ing from college. Got keys to the new flat.

Now, packing.
