Finished the 3.8km swim part,

Biked around Tinakori Hill to meet the others for a run

This was a bit too much for my legs to handle, straight up Tinakori, felt like my legs hated me, along the flat and downhill I was fine but any uphilll I way behind everyone else.

Was rather late getting up this morning so had a shorter swim, remembered soap but forgot my shoes, luckily I had a pair under my desk at work.

A bit of a brain gym workout with arms and legs going different ways with relaxed toes, it was very tricky

Run 26:30 [3] 3.7 km (7:10 / km)

Run from home to the scout hall, lost my mojo going up a little hill and thought it was all over but I got it back and seemed to speed through the forrest bit on the way home. Gave a man who was walking his two dogs a massive fright which was funny.
