MTB with Jamie, Mark and Penny. From Seatoun around the bays to Miramar and then up the hill and have a play on the tracks there. Loved it! cool tracks, was mint getting out on my bike at the end of the weekend. Then had a best fish and chips!

When I woke up this morning I was really hoping it was going to be raining so I didn't have to bike to work, but it was a nice day so I biked to work. It's a bit of a struggle to get out of bed in the mornings and bike to work, but it feels good once I'm on my bike. I just need to get a speedo thing for my bike so I can see how fast I'm going, also need to get soem leggings or something for winter as it's starting to get a bit nippy.

Bike home from work, held up a bus because the roads were too skinny for it to pass me, that felt good, it was like karma from all the times I've ben stuck behind a bus driving to work

Balance, haven't been for a while so I was feeling it. Was next to the freaky flexible girl who needs to put on some weight, which made me feel unflexible, but glad that I eat cake
