Was feeling really crap after a crap day at work and my Granny is extremely unwell but glad I dragged myself to the track and went running as I felt alot better afterwards. GO ENDORPHINS! ! ! !
5km waterfront, except that it wasn't 5km apparently, they made it a bit shorter at the turnaround because we had to go around stuff at another place. Thought I was going to die.
