Sarah's secret training has become not so secret after an O gang outing to the track. 6 x 400m in 98sec each.

Was feeling really crap after a crap day at work and my Granny is extremely unwell but glad I dragged myself to the track and went running as I felt alot better afterwards. GO ENDORPHINS! ! ! !

Setting out and bring in the controls for the schools orienteering I did with Lizzie. Poor body was quite sore after Tuesdays 5km

5km waterfront, except that it wasn't 5km apparently, they made it a bit shorter at the turnaround because we had to go around stuff at another place. Thought I was going to die.

Filled in as a girl for Todd's touch team. Played better than previously. Did try to catch the ball with my face a few times - not so good.
