Michael's push pull exercise, I did it with Penny and it was a really good exercise teaching you how little you need to look at your map to get bascially to the control, although we both needed it to once we got near the control in the circle.

Todd's 'Get your flow on' exercise. This was good. I have jamie following me for the second half of it and getting me to verbalise my plans and plan ahead when there is just running across a field or along a track

Jamie's 'I'm too lazy to put out controls' exercise, despite not having any way of knowing if you have the correct tree this was a good exercise making you read everything on the map and visualing what was going to appear
