ouuuuuuuuuuch! sooooooore.... fell yesturday and landed pretty heavily on bum/side - all me muscles hurt! :( too much pain to run. instead froze at start ticking off names. prob shouldnt have bothered - they didnt need help and being cold makes me tense up my shuolders and back.

really sore whilst stretching and didnt seem to be making much of a difference - decided not to do to much and see how i feel tomo. on painkillers most of day :(

Orienteering 54:00 [4] 6.3 km (8:34 / km)

euoc street race - found it quite hard to push myself (saw loads of bits in Ed i havent seen before,pretty interesting buildings but then id remember i was oing and try and concentrate again) hence the slow time. pretty clean a few dodgy routes but no major muckups.
back a bit sore in morn so prob a good that i didnt run hard.

finally got me act together to go swimming. took about 400m to get back into it but can still do the old forward and backward tumbles :D . arms were killing in FS but seemed alright in BC and FLY. didnt bother with BRS :) some of the people in the lane were well slow!!! although there was only a slow or fast lane... did 400m kick mainly BC some FLY. good easy session.

Night O round Polmaise Wood with FVO. mass start - which added extra excitment - was really good although map is ruuuuuuubbish!!! running pretty well , navigating like id only just started oing- bit of technique training needed me thinks. back alright only noticed it on the train home.

session: 8 x 600m , 45sec recovery

missed first one as had a confusing moment with flat keys and flatmates before i left. First 4 where fine - 5th was painful - sore back. so stopped. jogged around for a bit to see if i was being over cautious but then decided it was better to call it a day - felt pretty tight to me. pretty depressing :(
