Out from Liscannor on the Cliffs of Moher.
Wasn't sure how far I was going to go but felt good after 2.5km so thought I'd do 5km out and back then there was a nice tower thing to loop around so 6km out and back it was. Legs felt fine post-OMM which is nice, one bad toenail during the week but easing.

The path and cliffs were awesome! Although some 30-40km/h gusts of wind made it feel rather sketchy at times. As did my lack of grip on the slippy downhills. Definitely made me feel alive.

Just extremely dehydrated and hungry. Two weeks in Ireland though to rest, recover and reset. Think training will begin in earnest in December.
