Running 29:55 [3] 8.0 km (3:44 / km) +25m 3:41 / km

Down the railway track from Consett to the Grandparents. Felt ok although tired towards the end. Was quite pleasant it all being downhill gradually excluding the section where it decided it was going to hail on me which was rather unpleasant and sore. Lungs, legs etc feel better for this though feel quite unfit

Skiing 1:46:50 [3] 20.76 km (5:09 / km) +165m 4:57 / km

Exploring the C2C beyond Chester-Le-Street made it into deepest Washington still more beyond on to Sunderland.
Enjoyed it and needed some fresh air after hibernating my cold for two days. Plumped for a ski as um not able to get into oxygen debt really yet so didn't think I'd draw too much cold into my lungs and hopefully not let my cold get into my chest.
