Down to Blaydon and across the river at Newburn. Onto the roman road till Chollerford and down to Haydon Bridge

Jog up and down to the starting point twice and stretches. Then a slow walk/jog after as I had huge blisters.

Run from school with me! went down to the A167 then down to the A1 down down to Denton and up the west road (hill) and messed about getting up to 45mins

Not much of a warm up but a decent warm-down stretches and jog

Inadvertant warm-up as I forgot to set my watch off then a roll around the block to stretch out the muscles and get rid of some lactic. Did some stretches whenst home.
