Running warm up/down 24 [1] 4.0 km (6 / km)
(sick)

Warm up before - between and after semifinal and fina.

Orienteering race 14:31 [5] 3.0 km (4:50 / km) +50m 4:28 / km
(sick)

BOC semifinal - after 10th hours of sleeping I felt better, but when I saw start list for my heat M3 I knew, that final B will be my destination :-(. Semifinal was easy and trick less. I run without any mystakes and hoped for good luck that somebody will do mystake. Nobody! Winner M Crane 12:53, me 14:31 on 10th place.

Orienteering race 15:00 [5] 3.0 km (5:00 / km) +50m 4:37 / km
(sick)

BOC sprint final B - excellent race for me. Without any mystakes, so fast as I can run in my situation. The course was more ticky than semifinal and it wasn't boring race. But the result wasn't good! 10th place 20" from 3rd. I need to be a little bit lucky. One second behind Magic it is't fair :-). Winner I. Nixon 13:48, me 15:00. I beat Andy P and Richard (which was disqualified in semifinal), Pete and Peter beat me.

BOC middle champ. - after 12 days resting, still on antibiotics I could't expected good race, but I tried to run as normal. The begin was good till control No.15. After 1' mystake I increased my speed with P. Couldridge and between 17 and 18 I was totaly dead. I could't breath, had vetigo and felt sick. It was surrprissed that I found rest of controls and finish lane. Never more! Winner M.Crane 35', me 44'. Andy L, Richard and Pete beat me and I beat Andy L and finally I beat Magic but I am not verry happy from this.
