Orienteering 49:26 [4] 6.5 km (7:36 / km) +275m 6:17 / km

BUSA relays - good trainning for JK relay. Good map and good course at least. I run first leg with Rich and Silvie in my team, but from the begin I felt awful. I tried to get contact with first group, but after third up hill run I lost contact and run alone and probably slow. On the end I did a lot of small mystakes. Winner on first leg D. Tullie 44', me 49'. Rich and Silvie run very well so we took a 4th place.

Orienteering race 1:13:05 [4] 9.0 km (8:07 / km) +475m 6:25 / km

BUSA individual race - nice challange terrain, excellent map, weaker course for M21. I started first and run very well, but to slow because on control No. 7 Rob Baker caught me. I tried some different route choise and sometimes I was successfull. But on the end of the race I was really tired and weak to run throught heather, so it was just wallk/run. Winner Neil Northrop 60', me 73'. Andy L beat me and I beat Andy P.

Short trainning in Wollaton Park, nice run in empty Wollaton. Felt good

warm up to Uni park.

Running tempo 31:10 [3] 8.0 km (3:54 / km) +60m 3:45 / km

Tempo training in Uni park - tired, but I needed some kind fast move.

Strengthening 15 [3]

Running exercise - stairs in the Uni. - 2 x 5 x rebound left/right leg + 50 X toe exercise + 1 x 5 x push up
