Early AM run with Duke. Knee still hurts. I am gonna have to look and see what is really the issue. Time to take my own advice and try RICE. Cold run. 17F felt like 8 according to attackpoint. 7:45 out and 7:23 back thnaks to Duke making me run faster coming back and since my knee was quite cold it didn't hurt as much. :)
