this is the first time I felt like I worked! Was a quick session as I had a mtg after work. Still not easy to fit in during lunch time.

First day on the cross bike! Very diff feel... Skinnier tires on wet grass made me nervous on the chicanes. Mastered the sand pit! Need to lower my seat more; remounting is diff. Did get some harder efforts in and feeling ok!
