Note

quick body assessment...
been feeling a bit light headed and shaky for a few days. not sure why... and of course my HRM is MIA so I can't check to see what that's been looking like. my resting HR feels a bit on the weak side. I think in general my nutrition has been good, but will check to make sure i'm getting enough calories. just went to the health clinic here and my BP reads normal, which is good. she suggested monitoring my eating more and making sure my blood sugar levels aren't dropping. will start tracking food again!

and i got 25 pushups. yeah! almost ready to start bumping that number up again.

8 x 20/10 + warmup/cooldown

had to wait for the full class to get out. but then they hung out for the entire time i was in there so it was a bit distracting. definitely worked hard, but not as good as normal.
6 PM

swim/row (erg) 18:00 [3] 4.0 km (4:30 / km)

an easy steady state, average 2:15.

just waiting to get into the spin room!

worked a bit late, so I couldn't hit the trails. was wanting to sweat for a change, so to the treadmill i went. actually wasn't feeling all that fab today, and wasn't any better running. it was a solid run, with a few sessions of faster speeds to simulate the strides. after the run, felt pretty bad. think my nutrition was just way off today.
