Thought right calf was OK to run on, as no pain or discomfort in the last 2 days. Wrong - started to feel sore from 2km onwards and got worse, cut run short, still over 10k !!

From cathy & doug's back home via the minor roads of perthshire. Was dark by 4 and lights were inadequate for road use so had to use the cyle way from dollar home. Dogs should be made to wear light when on the cycle way, 2 near misses.

Left calf began getting sore on dumyat, straight home. Calf got worse in the afternoon and struggled with the family walk around Doune.
