Dropped Ewan at Football and headed from Alloa over Clacks bridge - Airth - Fallin - Stirling - Alloa - Home
Much harder work on the CX bike with fatter / knobbly tyres, do not need to worry about pot holes !!

Legs felt shot after 2 days of biking - so time for another ride, taking it easy on the way out to the braes, then some rain in the air so upped the pace back.
