Forgot my compass - no need to worry as I could only "hobble" to finish.

Trip to the Physio (managed to get a cancellation slot at 15mins notice)

both thighs massaged as I hit the roof, physio concurred with my thoughts - too much biking, so lots of rest required :-(

@ Barr Wood to hang controls. lasted 3mins before I had to stop, both thighs V sore.

managed to run to the start with no pain, by the time I reached #1 both thighs sore.
