I hate first starts - so I knew it was going to be bad !!
Felt very heavy legged and could not get any speed on the tracks, cut too many corners and lost time in the "grott"

SOL1 - Mill of Fortune
Hated the area even before I turned up and was not disappointed !!
Cruised around with Colin E & Tim G, all 3 of us moaning as we crawled through the green forest.
Struggled on the hills due to remains of last weeks cold.
