bracken + grass has shot up , marshes are wetter than April, so may find somewhere else to be next Sunday.
Work skins calf compression to protect calf, calf held up however never going at more than jog pace.

CLS - red road bike ride, temperatures soared shortly after 9. Puncture at the top of Tinajo, quick change then downhill to CLS, only to find I had left my water bottles on the wall when changing tube. Long ride back up the hill all in vain as I could not find the bottles.
