tried swimming as an alternative, last time I was in a swimming pool was last year in CLS and was so bad that Robin swam in the triathlon.

Dropped the boys off at the Peak and headed around Stirling (riverside, raploch, castle, etc..) both thighs started to get sore running down from the castle, eventually too sore to run....... long walk of shame to the Peak. Not good as in Club La Santa in 2 days !!
