Started out in the sun shine, so was not properly dressed for going over Ryvoan in the driving sleet shower that lasted all the way back to BofG = freezing.

Legs were empty after yesterday, hills hurt along with the flat !. Poor route choice to #1 lost circa 60secs, then clean thereafter. Just lacked the speed.
