Objective was to be clean all the way round - overshot #15 which allowed Rosco to catch up.
Twisted R ankle at #8, felt not too bad until I stopped.

Had a JonX biking moment !
Front brake seized on and could not release, so had to remove brake pads and bike home with no front brakes. Rear brake pads down to the metal so very careful breaking required (avoided downhills)
