Legs feeling tired afer the cycle yesterday, however I thought they would have been much worse.

First venture out with Stirling Bike Club on a Sat morning road run.

Into a head wind all the way to Kippen + Abefoyle, where I decided to sit at the front :-( and suffered nr Aberfoyle.

Acording to the HRM - 2500 calories burnt off, next time I will take food.
