Roadie 1:20:00 [3]
(sick) shoes: Shiny carbon pro lite

I feel like my legs are starting to slowly come back. Pretty lacking in energy still today, waited for the sea breeze and glad I did, lovely riding afternoon. Hilly loop from home.

Orienteering 50:00 [1] 3.3 km (15:09 / km)
(sick) shoes: fluoro yellow trabucos

Very slow walk along the follow-the-line course then straight home via control 8. Enjoyed being out there and reading a map but really struggled with the heat on top of very little sleep and feeling pretty shivery and average.
Thanks Craig for setting it up, sorry couldn't do it justice.

Run/walk 25:00 [2] 4.0 km (6:15 / km)
shoes: Feet

Feeling pretty ordinary but it is important to spend some time on the oval after another hot day.. Warmup then 5 x 400m with 200m walk recovery. Slow but tried to maintain form.

Can't remember how long a terrain loop is. The hardest part was getting there on time after John rang at about 5.20 to say I could come.
I did two loops. First one I really tried, ran it all with Brian and Alicia and finished it in 11.40. Thenbjohn did a lap and I went out again feeling great, until I hit the limestone hill and had to walk. Really slowly. And the other hill too. Concentrated on maintaining form to the end. 13.40! This is what being unfit is like!

Strength/Core 15:00 [1]

Between terrain loops.
