Up the back to Torqu. Very gently. All good. lovely inversion.

Not really the turbo but static bike in the gym.

Note

Eccentric exercises seem to be doing the world of good to the achilles. Probably desist from running for another day or two then give it a go.

Note

Splitting chunks of the old cherry tree the estate felled when demolishing Ballogie Hall a couple of weeks ago. Early memories of event registrations in that hall.
Couldn't let the wood go to waste though. That should see us through an extra year or two. Nice and therapeutic too.

Note

Most of the achilles soreness gone although too early to try anything that flexes the foot with any sort of associated impact. Might try it in a day or two. Meantime continuing with the eccentric exercises.

Cough also persisting.

Travelling. Also not good for the achilles. Will need to go very gently this week I think.
Unfortunately cancellation of the Pustertaler means no Vasaloppet seeding race done so need to consider how to deal with that in the next few days...in conjunction with reviewing achilles impact. Anyone else fancy Holmenkollenmarasjon in mid February?
